Come Grow With Us! We are looking for a Director, NHL Strategy to join the team. What you'll do:
Responsible for setting the content strategy for all NHL content collectively (across-region) and for collaborating across teams (Marketing, Content, Production, Sales, etc.) to ensure proper strategy execution.
Ensure strategy tracks to larger company goals and aligns with the brand tone and resonates with the target audiences.
Co-manage the day-to-day relationships of the NHL team partners in partnership with in-region and marketing teams.
Involvement in the content ideation process for NHL content.
Collaborate closely with the Content Publishing and Digital Content Production Leads to define clear objectives for NHL-centric content.
Oversee talent activations around brand marketing moments in partnership with the marketing team.
Ensure compliance to contractual obligations ensuring all services are executed.
What To Bring:
Passion for the sport of hockey and strong knowledge of NHL teams, players and storylines.
Passion for; sports media, technology, content, creativity, and innovation.
8+ years of experience in strategy, sports production, or related roles in the media industry.
Demonstrated success in managing large projects that span multiple teams.
Strong partnership and relationship building skills.
Strong understanding of the Bally Sports team partners, regional sports network business, and subscription-based services.
Experience in creating and executing in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
The base salary compensation range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
