Confirmed360 is looking for a strategy and execution expert to ensure the success of Confirmed360’s priority professional sports organization partnership accounts across the NFL, NBA, and MLS. The role will lead the day-to-day management of priority partnerships and report to the Head of Partnerships.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day management of priority team (NFL, NBA, MLS) partnership accounts.
Effectively communicate with team activation, partnership, and service members.
Develop internal tracking and update reports for Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales.
Travel to attend local and national sports and entertainment events to service priority accounts.
Implement leadership vision and strategy to enhance and monetize partnerships.
Strategize with leadership to develop and execute marketing, press, and sales campaigns around existing partnerships.
Draft outlines for new partnership proposal decks.
Develop operational plans around VIP game day experiences.
Source and communicate with vendors, third-party agencies, and other constituents essential to partnership programming.
Manage on-site staffing schedules for experience programs during NFL, NBA, and MLS games and non-gameday events/activations.
Qualifications:
5+ years of working in partnerships or communications with a sports team organization, sports agencies, or brands partnered with sports teams.
Must be willing to work in-office in Santa Monica, CA and willing to travel for partnership events.
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills – the candidate must demonstrate good judgment and be able to think on their toes.
Track record of building compelling presentations leveraging industry and internal proof points.
Ability to effectively handle a large number of projects and tasks simultaneously under deadline, deal effectively with the press, and complete tasks with minimal direction or instruction.
Proven ability to establish relationships with brand partners
Highly organized and able to work independently on projects – attention to detail is imperative.
Ability to self-manage.
Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
A team player and collaborator.
Experience in an agency, fast-growing consumer brand, or professional sports environment.
Experience in creating internal corporate communications, business-to-business communications, and consumer-facing materials.
Exceptional design aesthetic and awareness of design trends and innovation across a variety of static and digital mediums.
Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
This is NOT a remote position. This is a full-time in-office role in Santa Monica, CA
Compensation
$80K-100K Annual Salary, based on experience & qualifications
