About the Job

This is an exciting new role on a growing sales and marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies and solutions on behalf of athlete clients

Manage brand deliverables including activations, appearances, and social posts

Assist leadership with day to day marketing and administrative initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

3+ years experience working directly with agents, athletes and/or influencers

Practical understanding of the talent representation business including business development, marketing, recruiting, and client services

Passion for basketball, sports marketing, and sports business

Enthusiastic team player with a commitment to excellence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
