ABOUT THE ROLE
Peloton is looking for a Manager, Global Product Marketing, who will be responsible for supporting key initiatives to grow awareness and conversion for the Peloton App and its multiple subscription tiers. The Product Marketing Manager will balance creative thinking from a customer-centric lens with a data-driven mindset, to inform roadmap discussions with Product, develop and launch new features and ultimately deepen customer engagement. This role will report into the Director, Product Marketing (App) and will partner with a wide variety of teams (Product, Content, CS&I, Creative, Data Science, Lifecycle, and more) to bring to life go-to-market strategies that support key business objectives.
The ideal candidate is curious and eager to drive projects from beginning to end, no matter how small or large the task. The candidate must also have a strong understanding of App subscription businesses and key metrics that drive growth and retention.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
Lead go-to-market planning for new features, subscription offerings, and initiatives that support the App business. Experience working with cross-functional teams to build feature positioning, naming, and pricing is strongly preferred.
Develop and deliver clear and thoughtful briefs to channel owners pulling from quantitative and qualitative inputs that lead to effective and best in class messaging and creative that is consistent across all marketing channels
Build a deep knowledge and expertise of the App business and its competitive set in order to identify and drive new growth opportunities
Own and execute our App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy and scale across multiple geographies
Partner with Growth, Lifecycle, Media and other marketing teams to support key promotional periods for the App
Work closely with designers, product managers, and other cross-functional leads during feature scoping and go-to-market planning to ensure we are testing, measuring, and optimizing upon and beyond feature launch for key audiences
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
4+ years of experience in marketing ideally with a focus on product marketing with experience driving go-to-market launches
Subscription experience, preferably for a software-based business
Familiarity with both acquisition and engagement data; ability to take data and turn into insights to advise future plans
Experience with marketing teams in innovative, fast-paced and customer-centric environments
Experience working collaboratively with technical teams like Product, Engineering and Analytics.
Strong communication and project management skills; ability to successfully work and collaborate with cross-departmental teams.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, paid advertising/media, and building cross-functional marketing plans
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
