Reporting to the VP, Partnerships, YOU will manage our partnership opportunities to grow the Red Bull brand through reach and engagement. You will work with several teams internally to assess, prioritize, and execute all partnership deals across Red Bull Marketing and Media Network properties.
Job Description
PARTNER AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Management of multiple accounts, partners and cross functional team departments
Redefine the development and execution of strategic partnership programs in North America to increase revenue across multiple lines of business
Develop strategic relationships with high-level decision makers across important categories ranging from Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Apparel/Footwear and other endemic and non-endemic brands
Provide quality account service with a high level of partner satisfaction
Work with internal Media and Marketing team(s) to ensure understanding on all partnership deliverables and expectations.
MARKETING & STRATEGY
Support the annual business plan through the creation of custom integrated packages including co-branded content, live events, social and experiential programs to reach clients goals and audience growth
Develop and execute 360 marketing plans that promote and showcase the combined value of both partner & Red Bull brands
Work with Media Network & Programming teams on building Social Media plans to support partner content
Work with Production teams in development of Content and Event production
Understand and communicate basic media buying, selling and distribution
GENERAL BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Develop financial analysis and marketing business terms to support new opportunities across the organization
Build and manage production budgets and internal P&Ls
Analyze financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT
Project manage assignments with our teams/agencies from project kick off through execution to completion and renewal
Lead and recap weekly meetings with our teams and external partners
Promote a positive work environment to allow employee engagement
Work with internal teams within Marketing and Media to evaluate new revenue streams
Qualifications
10+ years of sales & business development experience specifically in event sponsorships, digital/print media, and content production
Strong influencer, sales minded with external relationships with top brands, and understands how to accelerate audience growth that contributes revenue for Red Bull and our partners
Success with strategic solutions while using quantitative analytics
Working knowledge of long form contracts and legal frameworks all while following corp. policies
An expert in the partnership space with the ability to contribute outside of essential responsibilities
Additional Information
Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
English, additional languages an advantage
The base salary range for this position is $150,700 to $166,100 + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
