DESCRIPTION Amazon Advertising offers advertisers a rich array of media solutions now inclusive of the NFL on Prime Video. Our team will be looking for some one who can manage and develop a team of sales people who will work directly with sports agencies, Holding companies and clients. They will need to build vertical strategies to lead teams into the sports marketplace for the first time with exclusive NFL, TNF rights in 2022. Drive and set marketplace behavior around sports and streaming for Amazon They will also need to work closely with Amazon Ads organization to partner on client programs for sports Key job responsibilities
Manage a team of sports focused sales people
Develop and execute a customer led strategy for growth within sports agencies to drive revenue
Establish and lead our Prime Video sports narrative in the marketplace to grow our position in sports
Lead education and execution of business both internally and externally for sports
Identify opportunities to establish new innovative partnerships and execution of media in the sports landscape
Responsible for delivering on Year End goals for sports and negotiating the right partnerships with clients an agencies
About the Team Amazon Advertising is standing up a sports sales team in the US who will be overseeing our biggest step into sports to date which is our exclusive broadcast rights or TNF starting in 2022 through an 11 year term. It is an exciting time to be a part of Amazon Ads as we look to establish a new way to transact around sports and streaming and how we partners with our customers.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines

10+ years of B2B sales experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $263,300/year in our highest geographic market.
