We seek an exceptional MBA student to join our Strategy & Operations team this summer. The ideal candidate will be in the process of completing a two-year MBA from a top-tier business school and at least four years of relevant work experience in delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organization.
This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work on some of our most significant projects across the different Teamworks product lines and sales territories as we continue solidifying our position as The Operating System for Sports globally.
Key Responsibilities:
The expected focus project for the summer will be reviewing an aspect of a recently acquired business, examining the business model, and developing recommendations for future growth/integration with existing product lines.
Provide project leadership through strong day-to-day operational execution, helping evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
Develop solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems and opportunities.
Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations.
Deliver high-quality output by working independently and partnering closely with stakeholders across all product lines and functional groups.
Required Qualifications:
In the process of completing a two-year M.B.A. from a top-tier business school.
4+ years of relevant work experience in roles delivering significant strategic and operational impact across an organization (e.g. experience at a top-tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation; a role on a corporate strategy or business operations team at a technology company; experience building financial models and delivering insights at an investment bank).
Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including when colleagues are not direct reports.
Proficient with Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides, and building compelling presentations.
